You have just entered our Down to Earth Encounter, sponsored by the Georgia Power Company. Here you have your chance to interact with nature by seeing which of our 50 animals you can find using the field guides specifically designed for this room. They include color photographs and field notes of the actual animals in this exhibit, making you a real naturalist.

Find the alligator, six venomous snakes, the Pine Snake, and the Gopher Tortoise. Locate the queen bee in our honey bee hive. (She is the one with the little dab of blue paint.)  Also, find the Corn Snake and we will take him out for you to hold!
