The Children’s Discovery Trail is a meandering but safe trail in the interior of our habitat walkway. Children “discover” natural artifacts placed along the trail, such as snake eggs and sheds, bird nests and feathers, skeletons, deer antlers, insects and turtle shells. The trail finishes with a life-size eagles nest, into which the children may climb, and an animal tracks sand table. Lots of fun for children of all ages!!
