Edible
Landscaping
Saturday, September 20
9:30 a.m. to noon
Join gardener Tripp Eldridge for an
exploration of Rosalind Creasy’s approach to combining
aesthetically pleasing landscaping with growing delicious food.
Creasy is a garden and food writer, photographer, and landscape
designer. In 1982 she published The Complete Book of Edible
Landscaping, which won the Garden Writers Association’s Quill
and Trowel award and was chosen as a Book of the Month
selection. It coined the term “edible landscaping,” now a part
of the American vocabulary.
