A wedding and reception with 100 guests will be held on a
Saturday afternoon. The wedding party reserved the Garden for a
total of six hours including setup and cleanup time. They rented a small
tent from a local rental company to be used for the ceremony in the
event of rain and for the reception. They hired an acoustic trio to
provide music. They rented tables and chairs from the same rental
company, and hired a caterer. They plan to serve alcohol.
To rent the Garden it
will cost:
100 people@ $1/person = $100
Six hours@ $75/hour = $450
Surcharges for tent, food, alcohol, music ($50 each) = $200
TOTAL = $750
Note: A one-hour rehearsal period is included in the price. This can be
scheduled during the reservation process.
